Hotel was fine. Only issue was, as you can see from the picture, our room and all the rooms on the floor in our wing were non smoking. But apparently the hallways were not consequently, despite the sign this was not a non smoking room. The stench of stale cigarettes was overwhelming.

So I live in an rv and just wanted to stay in a motel for the weekend for several reasons. The 3 things I wanted someplace comfortable to chill, a hot bath and a peaceful place to sleep. I got 0.5 out of those 3 categories. The room was clean (for the most part the corners of the room were not spotless but the rest wasn't bad) but the TV absolutely sucked. Impossible to go directly to a channel and to move up and down channel to channel was incredible slow and you had to push the button on the remote multiple times before it decided to work. Basically had to find 1 station and stick to it. No hot water so no hot bath. At first it was not even what I would consider luke warm. May ok to wash your hands but not to shower or bathe in. I complained and they managed to turn it up to Luke warm. Then twice during the night an ear piercing alarm went off scaring me half to death and waking me out of a dead sleep. When I went to complain and ask what in the heck was going on encounter super rude staff that said what do you want me to do about it? The 2nd time it was 3:30 am. I left at 4 am. I had to wait until 9 am to call back to get a refund on my horrible night and they only refunded half! Place to chill = 0.5 points. No hot water = 0 points for a hot bath. Woke up twice in one night = 0 points for peaceful place to sleep.

I have to travel out of state quite frequently for my job and it's always nice to find a good place to stay for the night. The room is very nice and the location is right off the exit from IH 40. They even have good parking places for big trucks and I was able to park mine right out where I can see it from the room... just the way I like it when traveling out of state in company trucks. The photo shows the view from my window with the truck parked right where I can see it. Pricing is good for this area at $80 per night and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There's also a table and chairs and plenty enough space for luggage.

Stated this location for five nights in the reservation requested a room on the first floor. And we got into the room my wife realized that there's no bathtub. It only came with a shower You stayed in that room for one night and were asked to change rooms where there was a bathtub we were told that there are no bathtubs on the first floor that they're only on the second floor so they gave us some room on the second floor only problem was they don't have an elevator when you're caring for bags of luggage up flight of stairs it's not too easy On our last night there we asked for the room to be serviced in other words we wanted the sheets to be changed and clean towels and the friendly vacuumed when we came back in the late afternoon we found out that no one has been in the room to clean it at all no clean towels no change living when I went downstairs and asked why our room wasn't serviced and made him aware that we've been sleeping in the same sheets for four nights he said they are short staffed and they're not able to give room service every day as far as cleaning and vacuuming and giving fresh towels. Need to do everything I asked for a discount when we finally checked out was told there's nothing they can do for us that we had to call the 800 number of super 8 I told the woman at the desk that would service like this that you need to put that on your website letting people know that you're understaffed and that the rooms can't be cleaned properly every day and that there is no elevator if you're having a hard time to climb stairs. They're also is no coffee no breakfast nothing as the ad states there is breakfast in the morning I wasn't looking for a grand slam just a cup of coffee and a Danish would have been fine.
