i would rate it zero stars if i could, but anyways we went to get dinner nd we waited for like 20mins in the drive thru got to the speaker got put on hold then finally they took the order girl on headset didn’t know what she was doing was ringing us up for the incorrect items wasn’t listening to anything we was saying then we finally got our food all of it was wrong the kids meal burger was burnt plus the bread was hard everything abt the whole order was just wrong

The sweetest woman took our order today (CarolAnne), it is nice to have someone polite in the fast food industry these days! It doesn’t happen often that you are met with such kindness in the drive thru window. We always love stopping at this Wendy’s on our road trips.

Very nice people! Order was correct EXCEPT charging me for extra extra pickles and then giving me 3 pickles on my spicy chicken sandwich. I'm a pickle freak... it upsets me. Nonetheless it was delicious (next time I'll ask for a side of pickles; since they charge $.15 for them anyway) I'll pay; but actually give them! Will return for sure! 💚👌💚

For waiting so long in the drive thru, (25 minutes Sunday at 12:30) our Pub burgers were not hot or even warm. And for $5.79 a burger I expected a bit better. Not the best buy for you buck, at full price. Very disappointed in Wendy's once again.
