I have decided to share a story. So today me and my dog was in the wash-n-win we are regulars there. This woman comes in and gets snobby with the employee, he is the kindest person I met that works here and she cursed and said other foul language. She stuck her middle finger up at the camera. I felt bad for the college student this is not okay. He offered to help the lady and it wasn’t enough for her. I come here often That young man works hard at this place running the laundry mat, Uhaul service, and a casino room. Sometimes it really are the customers I witnessed this TODAY!!! Overall Great Service! The guy with the black 300 Chrysler always offer good service to me and my dog. He helps with the bags. The tables and floors always clean when I am in there! Nice music! You will love it!!

Are you kidding me $8 for a large load? The dryers took who knows how many dollars in my pillows are still wet. The employees Park in the closest spots while the patrons have to park two or three spots away and still unload and load all their laundry. Whoever drives the black Chrysler 300 Parks right in front of the door and he sits there behind the counter and plays games not to mention the floors are dirty full of socks and paper and scent chips while he sits there. Alyssa was busy folding for 3 hours but this guy just played games on the computer

Don’t go if you don’t have to: If you have a complaint and your African American; Dryer wasn’t working, worker followed me to the dry over $0.25, The dry cleaners they use ruined my $100 coat; but because I’m BLACK, I’m trying to get out of paying. No apologies, not even an offer to make it right. Awful
