The counter staff is Always very helpful. Beyond that any more substantive issues, where you need to supervisor are frustrating , as you NEVER get answers, all you get is "probably on a truck... probably was not addressed to you, probably get there by xxxxx.. " So if you never have delivery issues, they get 5 stars, but it you have an issue you need help with, good luck, they get 1 star thus the 3 rate.

yes, at the Danbury, CT PO, we do passport apps. from 9am-2:30pm, and every 3rd Saturday of the month 😊👍🏼

What kind of issue did you have. I have been using this post office since 1989 and have found the people to be great, competent and very friendly.
