I came to Staples in need of a electronic photo for ID. The staff took the photo and printed and after trying 10minutes the staff told me there is no way that they could give me an electronic photo for the excuses of PROTECTION of PRIVACY. They told me they will “deal with” the printed photo. Now after 2 weeks, my colleague told me they were showing them my photo as the template when they went for ID photo shooting there. And this happened without my agreement. The staff here needs some basic legal training

Staples was very nice, cashier help customer, so that the customer could understand what she was about. Seeing someone of the staff saying hi how you are doing. There was plenty of person's shopping. There are parking spaces . The Harth Transit buses passes by if one don't have any vehicle. Environment is clean. The door way can accommodate wheelchair settings. Not bad at all.

This Staples has amazing customer service!! I had a problem with an order delivered from Waterbury and this store went out of their way to fix it for me before Waterbury was even open. They could not of been more kind and accommodating. Several employees were involved in assisting me and each one was kind patient and competent. Great experience!!

I use Staples all across the state to print for work and this place is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service with plenty of attitude and I waited 35 minutes to have everything done wrong.
