From the very start of the process I was a mess and all over the place. Elisabeth Didato and her team helped reel me in and get me on track and calm me down. We discussed a price range I wanted to be in and what exactly would work for that. Then we started designing the most amazing ring. Elisabeth found every opportunity to make everything that I wanted work within what we had available and boy did it pay off. The ring came out absolutely astounding. Better then I could ever imagine. That’s even with all the customizing they worked into it in order to make my business come to life. Also come to life fast! Being that we were on a strict time frame. Couldn’t ask for a better experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend using them for any my thing you can think of. Thank you so much to everyone at the team that made this possible!

Lindsay C. was so nice and helpful. Aside from being helpful she seemed to know her stuff. Lindsay explained to me the difference of lab created diamonds. When I stopped by she was working on the displays before dropping everything to come help me. As I was leaving I took a look at the displays and what I assumed was her work looked very thought out and well placed. Her attention to detail seems to have translated to her customer service as well as it was easy to find what I was looking for thanks to Lindsay. Definitely will be back!

Let me start out by saying that any future jewelry needs I have will be going directly to Elisabeth Didato at Kay Jewelers in the danbury fair mall. I couldn’t me more pleased and completely satisfied with the level of expertise and compassion she showed during my recent visit. Elisabeth was courteous, assertive and gave me all the confidence as a shopper to make the right selection. What was even more pleasing, she didn’t try and sell me something just to sell me something. She researched and helped me, a new shopper, feel comfortable during the whole process. As a person who values the integrity of customer service, Elisabeth did not fail in any aspect of her job!!
