Positive: I like several things about this hotel: it's location is convenient for my plans; it's pet friendly; the pool is nice; the hot breakfast is amazing! Negative: There were 3 toilet plungers in the bathroom (not a good sign). The toilet never overflowed, but flushed slooowly. When I phoned the manager asking for a different room, he said there were none available, but I could see the parking lot was nearly empty.

I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were very courteous and breakfast was really good. It gets very busy, with kids running around and completely monopolizing the pool, but hey, nothing management can do about that. The problem: I called down the morning of check out to extend for 2 more nights, assured I would have the same rate, but when I checked out, I noticed the rate had increased significantly. I did not dispute this with the lady at the desk, because I was attacked at a hotel a few years ago over a bill dispute, and now I am leery about confrontation. So I just left. Unfortunate end to an otherwise wonderful stay.

Very friendly and nice place. We got greeted at the door and service was excellent. The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was ok. And the price you can't beat. Overall I give it 4.5 outta 5.0 well be back.

Positive: The room was big spacious and the beds and bedding were very very comfortable. We loved the balcony. The fridge and microwave were new and very clean. Negative: The hardware for the shower did not have a hand held shower which we really love. Especially women who do not want to wet their hair every time we shower.
