The maintenance team is very efficient, friendly and helpful! The app is great for paying rent and putting in requests. Fox Run also does a great job at listening to the needs of the renters and always has fun pop-ups and events. My boyfriend and I like that they have good office hours. If they do close the office or have to do maintenance on common areas like the fitness center, they always send out emails to keep you in the know! We especially want to thank Heather for answering all our questions when we were in the office today. She is so incredibly sweet! Thanks for all the hard work!

This is a updated review since my move in date. This company is all about the money. There’s some people who are working within leasing who try to assist. But without them being management what can they really do. They list these apartments as smoke free. However, there’s neighbors who literally won’t leave the house. And smoke sun up until sun down. So this is far from smoke free.(then manager told me the building I’m in isn’t smoke free.) well if that’s the case take your false advertisement off every rental site and state that only two buildings are smoke free. 2nd the buildings are infested with ants and other bugs. 3rd me and my family have been HARASSED since the day we step foot in fox run by neighbors. Vandalism to cars, constant banging on the walls that are paper thin etc. banging on ceilings, constant door slamming. packages tampered with. This has been one of the worst living experiences I have ever had in my time of apartment living. 4th there’s mold covered up by paint on the ceilings and to top it off People constantly blast their music from cars at your bedroom windows at all hours of the day/night. Please do your research and save your self some wasted time. If you want peaceful, friendly neighbors it will not be here. If you want a updated, fully equipped apartment. This will not be it. It’s Definitely not worth the price. If I could give zero stars I would. Good luck.

We lived here for a few months too many. Corporate relocation felt like…. Not that. Already aired my grievances with that company. This place is your average run of the mill apartment complex. Our dryer wasn’t venting to the outside and the response I was given was “if someone is able to stop by in the next few days what’s a good time..” I’m sorry but that’s an insane fire hazard. Really? You’re willing to risk that? Give me a break. My daughter had a friend from Canada come visit and they wanted to use the pool. I had to pay for her friend. 7 bucks a day. I paid in advance for the duration of their stay, and they ended up using the pool once. I don’t blame them. The staff is working with what they’ve got but the few residents I had spoken to at the dog park / playground also felt like they couldn’t wait to leave. I can’t compare this to anything else local as we’re from out of state and if this is the norm, I’m sorry. If you want an average apartment then fine. Honestly the Maintenance staff who have to deal with the over flowing trash everyday at this place are the real MVPs here. The complex itself is just whatever.
