This is an older hotel because it's been here for awhile. I haven't been to it in about 4 years as far as going inside but I did park outside in the parking lot about 2 weeks ago because I was looking for someone and the parking lot was dead and I mean only 3 cars on a Saturday night so that didn't look too good! When I stayed here for one night as I was passing through those 4 years ago our room was clean but average for a chain hotel such as super 8. It's nothing spectacular to brag about but I didn't really have any solid complaints either. It's okay if you are driving through and need to sleep but I wouldn't stay here for my vacation or anything. Hopefully nobody would be coming to Morristown, Tennessee on vacation.🤔 Although, I know some people drive through in their campers and RV 🚙and stay someplace as they are making their way through the area, if they don't park and sleep in their RV or camper, then this place would be appropriate for a nights stay. 🏨

Positive: I got a bad experience in This hotel. I reserved a non-smoking room in this hotel. But when I try to check in front desk, the guy said nonsmoking only available, and he can't refund even if I do not stay in this hotel. Negative: It was a very bad customer service and felt a like cheating attitude

Clean room. Best bet for a one night stay while traveling. It was cheap and staff was night. Basic room. I always wonder when I get a room just off the interstate how bad it will be. We stayed at the motel next door on the first part of the trip. This was much better. I would stay here again. Thanks for the great night of rest.
