Only place in town not packed on a Sunday for lunch should of told us to stay away. Seated fast then the wait.about 10 minutes to place a drink and appetizer order. Then when we got the drinks we placed or meal order. I ordered 15 pc boneless wings. They was really just nuggets. They came out and was barely warm. I ate 5 the rest was cold. The tots was hot and fresh as was our cheese curds. My wife got a brisket sandwich with onion rings. The sand which was just barely warm but the onion rings was warm. Overall way over priced for slow service and cold food. This was our first time and last time we will eat here.

I wasn't thrilled. The cheese curds were a tad over cooked. It was the least amount of sauce I've ever had on my boneless. Practically dry on half of them. But the worst was the table was literally blocking people from getting to the bathroom. Not a nice place to sit. I had to move and remove my chair to allow a handicap person to access the restroom.

Me and my family had a great dining experience and the waiter (Jeffrey) was phenomenal. Probably some of the best service we have had. Very polite and considerate. He seemed to really care about our experience and went above and beyond what most servers do.

This is the third and last time I will ever order online from BWW. The first time I ordered through DoorDash app and the food was great, hot, and exactly what I had ordered. The second time I could not find the food I wanted on the DoorDash menu so I ordered from BWW app and the food was ok but a sauce and side I ordered and paid extra for was forgotten and therefore not delivered to us. I was upset but thought everyone makes mistakes so I’ll let it go and did not call to complain. The third time I ordered from the BWW app half of our entire order was missing. So of course this was more than just a forgotten sauce and I was livid. This time I called and complained. The girl that answered the phone replied, “ my bad, I noticed that when the driver left” after I told her what all was missing from my order. So to correctly state you I replied, “ you knew half our food was missing and just let the guy continue to our house hoping we wouldn’t care that we paid for food we didn’t receive?” She then told me that I would have to get a refund from DoorDash. I explained I ordered through the BWW app not DoorDash and didn’t understand why she kept saying that. I asked if someone could just bring them on the next delivery and she said “no, but you can come pick it up.” Why would I place a delivery order if I was going to pick up the other half of my food? She finally gave the phone the a man that stated he was the GM I believe he said his name was Jason. He asked me to confirm the last 4 of my card and would refund me the other half of my order which he totaled to $7 dollars. My entire order was $37 so in 5-7 business days (as he stated) I will get back the upgrade fee for my sides which leaves me paying $30 for 2 chicken wraps. Highway robbery!!! I will never order online again and at this point will probably avoid this restaurant all together.
