Website says they do spike protein antibody testing, so I stopped by. The door is locked and after ringing the bell, a person opened it just a slit. Said they only do PCR testing (not really rude, but clearly didn’t want to talk to me). I asked about the spike protein test, and she said she knew nothing. Apparently this location is only a drive through PCR test. No other services. Edit to response, this is from website: “DevLab bio is a CLIA laboratory offering the CDC COVID-19 RT-PCR and Antibody Testing. We have a 2-panel antibody test that can be ordered individually. (Including IgG, EUA-approved by the FDA). COVID-19 Testing in Coppell.”

I needed a PCR test for travel, so I decided to try this place since it’s close to my house and has good reviews. Pleasant experience overall. Everything was super easy and efficient; the staff was friendly and attentive as well. The only downside was that I got really worried about not getting the results back on time for my flight. I was told that it would be out by the next day afternoon, but I hadn’t received anything until I emailed them myself asking for help around 8 pm. I tried to call multiple times during the day also, but my calls were never returned. It wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn't time-sensitive because of the travel.
