Edit * They reached out to me to make it right. They went above and beyond to find a solution. Thank you for the help. Purchased in stock goods over the phone. The impression set by the rep was that it would put my name on the inventory by providing payment over the phone due to the limited supply. Went to pick up and they sold the inventory to someone else, the rep had the attitude of you snooze you lose. Disregard my time wasted, my customer is the one who really suffers here. As a supplier I rely on you to find solutions, not create problems.
