The hotel's location was convenient and it was the typical good quality that I've generally experienced with IHG properties. One of the days, the pancake machine wasn't working for breakfast but I'll still say the hotel meet it exceeded my expectations.

This is the 2nd time that I stayed here. Was here between Christmas and New Years and it has been fabulous each time. From the great location to the nice, spacious, clean rooms to the wonderful breakfast this will be the only place I stay in Morristown. The entire staff from the front desk to the workers in house keeping, they are very friendly, helpful and professional. A 5 star experience all the way around.

It is a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds soft, clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was not there while I waited several minutes around 3:15 for anyone to come to the desk, a time when you would think they would be ready for checking people in. She was very friendly though when she came and we were satisfied with the service.
