Fantastic stay! Extremely friendly staff, crisp and clean rooms, great breakfast! Quiet and out of the way hotel still located within minutes of the center of town. The hot tub and pool were beyond amazing! The jets on the hot tub served as a marvelous massage! Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area looking for a good place.

Hotel clean from the lobby to the fitness center and everything in between. My room was fully stocked and sheets were clean. That’s a must. They offer free continental breakfast and the menu varies slightly each day that includes cereal, muffins, potatoes, omelets, waffle maker, juice, coffee, and tea. All the employees are nice and friendly. Not to familiar with this area but they are some restaurants maybe 15 minutes away that offer more variety than the McDonald’s, subway, and crackle barrel all within walking distance of this hotel. Room was clean and people were nice but very upset I reserved an accessible room and all photos showed multiple grab bars in bathroom and when I checked in I asked if room was accessible, my mother is in a wheelchair, and the young woman said"yes". We got to the room and I helped my mom lay down on the bed, we had been traveling all day. And then I went to use the bathroom and no grab bars near toilet and 1 grab bar in Bathtub and it was coming off the wall. Went down stairs and was told that the room was " hearing accessible". I booked through a 3rd party and basically it was their fault, I guess. No where on my reservation does it say anything about hearing accessible. My mom had already laid in the bed and therefore we had used the room. If a room is accessible it should be fully accessible and it is a huge liability to have a bathroom with a grab bar coming off the wall. Very disappointing for Hilton.

Great staff and room was very clean. Morning breakfast was very good and Phoenix who does the meal was super! She went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We had three friends with us and we all agreed! We visit our family farm not far from there often and will stay with you again. Also good price compared to location in Greeneville.
