I simply love this place. But today I wanted to share with everybody that although you see it's "open" when you Google it, it's not. I have been trying to get water there since Spring/22 and as of as today (9/1/22) it is still closed. Hopefully someone that works at the park will see this post and update it on Google. I hope this helps you.

I went to get water at mount blue today and a sign was posted at the park entrance that Mount Blue Springs was closed. It was only 2:30 PM can anyone inform me about this? Should I have driven there anyway? a hours? Cont

As I write this the spring is closed for repairs but you can call the parks phone number and they have an automated message as to whether the spring is open that day. But had it been open you would have been just early enough

My husband and I tried to get water today, February 4th 2019, but the Blue Mount Springs were closed at the Wompatuck State Park. I wonder when the springs are opening again? Any News about the closing?

Yesterday December 26, 2019 went with my husband to Mount Springs to get water, however there was no water coming from the well. Many people showed up and we're disappointed as no sign stating that the well is out of order.
