I visited last year after having an unsatisfactory experience at Airport plaza, where they broke my glasses handle during repair and it could not be worn after as the handle could not stay in proper alignment. They no longer have Zack Posey brand so I am stuck with a broken pair of glasses. Robin was great on that visit to Huntington. I visited last week to again repair the new pair if glasses and left before getting it was repaired. After sitting for close to 30 minutes Robin stated to another employee ( never addressed me) that she had to take care of a client who came after me to pick up her glasses first before repairs. Apparently the client had in contact and she followed her to an area to remove it staying for sometime talking about a famiy member that they both knew, left the client in the area and then waited a reasonable amount of time for her to return to her desk. In my opinion and from past experience she could gave repaired my glasses during this time. Maybe fitting glasses takes precedence over repairs but communicating that a customer is the appropriate thing to do.

Very upset they give me an appointment and when I come they don't attend me just because I don't speak English when I call they answered me in Spanish and here they didn't attend me just because I don't speak English

I just had a wonderful experience at this visionworks. Doctor Siegall was warm and friendly and very thorough.. The same with this staff, Especially George maggio who spent so much time with me helping me find the right pair of frames and the best deal I can get with my Insurance. Thank you so much!👏

They eagerly served me when I was purchasing my glasses, but when I went back for an adjustment I sat for ten minutes like the invisible man. There was only one other customer there.
