I’ve been coming to this place for about 17 YEARS! I’ve always been there with the previous owner and doctor who offered AMAZING service and overall i’d give them a 10 star rating if I could. Sadly, things within this business have changed since undergoing new ownership with a new doctor. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They lack communication and don’t inform you of information you need to know prior to coming in for your exam. I recently moved to florida and flew here to use their services since I USE to love them so much here! But today I suffered from a horrible experience. The doctor wanted to charge me and perform an eye exam and refused to even offer me my prescription to order my contact lenses. Considering I have been using their services for years you’d think I’d get a little more respect for being such a loyal customer. Unfortunately the doctor wasted my time.. Super disappointed

brand new staff, and ive never felt more comfortable being in there. julie helped me find a new pair of glasses, and she was so thoughtful and helpful. she actually took her time to help me and find the right fit for me. lastly, she was very honest and caring. this place has definitely become better with the new staff and everyone is so friendly and welcoming! thank you again :)

I went in about 20min to close to change my lenses and I had a rough day but the minute I walked in I was greated with sunshine over my cloudy day haha. I want to shout out Crystal and Rebbeca!! They were great! Professional, Funny and Knowledgeable!! I highly recommend the Huntington Location!
