Their sales consultant Angel R. is NOT customer friendly. Me and a friend went to buy 2 cars there but the way he treated us, We bought 2 cars the same day from another dealership. We were negotiating about the cars and all of a sudden he pulled his business card and told us to ahead and finish your shopping elsewhere and if you need anything here is my card. In other words he told us to get out of here. I live in the area but would never return here.

I recently purchased my used Audi S5 from these guys at the end of July. The beginning of my relationship with them was rocky to put it mildly. I was ready to walk away from this dealership and chalk it up to incompetence by the sales staff, void the deal for the car, and leave a 1 star review. (not returning and or dodging calls, getting the run-around, etc.) It was only when my patience was at its limits that I finally was able to sit down with the GM. George took a meeting with me and we talked for almost an hour; during which time he listened to all my concerns about the situation. He could tell I wanted the car and was frustrated with what had transpired so far, and worked with me to try and see that I was made happy. Long story short, I finally got my car almost 2 months after purchase and I could not be happier. Super accommodating and met me more than half way on what I thought was fair. Thank you George, nothing but class. I would also like to call attention to Mike P. the service manager. He worked with me and communicated the best he could during this whole ordeal and I appreciate his professionalism. At the end of the day, it was an unfortunate situation to find ourselves in, but the management staff at this place is top notch and did their best to make sure all parties were satisfied, and that's what mattered most. 5/5, would recommend them.

request and pay for total inspection...oil filter change...all fluids refilled and tire rotation...they only reported oil change and tire rotation to carfax...when I got home I checked the clean fluid windshield and the level was less than half....now I doubt they would change the oil and filter....

I've had a horrible experience with the sales people and manager in there. However, the parts department are great.
