Very nice merchandise because Walt Whitman has luxe stores. However, expect TO WAIT ON LONG LONG LONG LINES. I went on a Saturday and had to put all my items back then went back on Sunday SAME THING. All the items I wanted were gone.

I bought clothing and had broken zippers from the store and when I brought it back they would not take it back without a receipt. The receipt was never emailed to me because the store has no cell phone service to download the app and the only way they can send you a receipt is by scanning the app. When I called over a manager the best they could do was offer me $10. Bad customer service.
