Doesn't have curly fries even though it says so specially for this location on website. Got regular fries and half were so hard as a rock I could've used them as chisels, the other half old and barley warm. The guy working the drive thru was very nice and polite though which you don't find often in fast food. Sweet tea was really good.

Fries were stale and salty; Frisco sandwich was cold, chicken was not fresh.

I've never had a bad experience at Hardee's until last night. The young guy on the window was was beyond rude.

This location is a disgrace to the franchise. This location either needs to be closed down or to replace management and reorganize. Generally most (not all) of the hourly employees are pleasant. Today 2-1-22 I was in 1 of 4 vehicles in the drive thru and heard people in the 3 vehicles ahead of me yelling at the manager! I agree with the other customers, manager was rude and unprofessional. I will not return to this location.
