Horrible service. Only want to work with other corporation pharmacies. They do not care about your heath or if you are out of medication. Dr Capone’s office was rude when I called advising them that I was completely out of my blood sugar medicine. It took 3 days and me being extremely rude for the doctors office to finally call the pharmacy to straighten it out. I requested them to call my pharmacy multiple times and each person said they do not call pharmacies. It took me to become very upset and rude to finally have the lead nurse call my pharmacy to fix the issue (the call was less than 5 minutes). I did talk to my pharmacy who said they couldn’t get a callback for my doctor. After dealing with the doctors office, I believe them. I use a local pharmacy to support the community and seems to me Dr. Capone and staff to not care to. It’s quite clear to me that this office is more worried about profit than people or their community.

Dr. Capone was able to figure out the puzzle of my boyfriends problem that 4 ER visits and 2 hospital admissions couldn't explain. He did this on the 1st visit!! He explained everything so well and made sure we understood why he came to the diagnosis. So smart and great beside manner is sometimes a hard combination these days. We are so grateful for answers.
