My father had been here for a follow up after he had surgery for a colon infection , which when he first came in for you guys failed to find and seem to just love prescribing Tylenol for anyone with pain..as when I can you guys did the same! Anyways, he had his wallet stolen by cleaning person who does laundry . He asked cameras for the room be checked so he can confirm as he had all his cards and cash in there . The wallet that was left on top of his clothes remained but the cards and cash were gone once she left and he checked. He requested a manger . Never got one. Security did nothing. Was told cameras can’t be checked for “privacy”…oh who exactly ? The cameras are IN THE ROOM with the PATIENT who mostly sits there and gets recorded if anything …anyone who works there is obviously willingly being recorded. What’s the harm in checking cameras other than to protect your thieves of employees? I am sick that you guys would do this to someone you guys KNOW can’t work for 6+ months due to this issue with the surgery and proceed to do nothing to assist . No case even opened of course. I can’t even begin to go into detail of my awful experience here as well… worst ER ever ! Avoid if your Latino. I’m seeing a pattern with the treatment we get.

My husband had his third surgery within 6 months, all three were here. Doctors were great, anesthesiologists great, nurses upon surgery floor great. Why do they get a 1 star? He ended up leaving AMA no one was cleaning his surgery site after the first night. When he got home his skin was stuck together the bandaging was no longer where it was supposed to be and I have no idea where to pull to try to clean the area. His call light would be answered over an HOUR of pressing it. Absolutely disgusting. I could see if they were understaffed or extremely busy. But what it is is you have a handful of GREAT nurses running around like a chicken with their head cut off meanwhile all the others are standing around, on their phone, pacing the halls, or chatting it up with the others. Work ethic is almost gone. Doctors hospital should be embarrassed by their aftercare team. I feel sorry for the ones that actually do what they are supposed to do it makes the whole unit look horrible.

I have Stage 4 cancer. Going through chemo and radiation treatments. I had gotten pretty sick with infections and dehydration. I actually live across the street from a major hospital. However, I have been to Doctors West before (and the hospital across the street). And As sickly as I was I chose to go from Grove City to Galloway to Doctors. I had experienced the care before and it was far better than the hospital across the street. While at Doctors, I was treated with the most kindest and gentlest human beings of ANY hospital I have ever gone to in my life! After being admitted, everyone who came in contact with me was caring and attentive. The food was 5 star! I could not have felt cared for any better. I simply cannot say enough about my care at Doctors. I’ve had two ER visits and 2 admitted in a matter of months. As I was still shaken from finding out that I had cancer, the staff from EVERY department had gone far and above to make me comfortable and bring me back to health. I am especially appreciative of floors 2 and 4! Thank you Doctors so much🫂🫂👏.

You have to go into the east entrance for all test . You turn left or right at light that is next to hospital and PNC bank

Yes. Contact your nearest OhioHealth urgent care if you would like to schedule an urgent care virtual visit.
Unfortunately none that i know of but dont quote me, call general info at hospital and ask, do you qualify gor medicaid? Could be your best bet, good luck hope it all works out for you!
Call the hospital give her name and ask for her nurse after identifying yourself as a relative. Due to HIPAA law they may not be allowed to discuss much by telephone. It's certainly worth a try. Sandy Furness
Nope. Bibles are still available at all locations.
