Couldn’t even sample the wines at 11 am. Didn’t even come close to meeting the “if you look drunk we can’t serve you category”. We walked in, sat down, was told about the flights; then completely ignored. Other parties came in after us for tasting and were waited on before us. Folks made eye contact, but would not acknowledge us. This completely ruined this place for us. We loved this place three years ago, but that has now changed. Cheers

We got there towards the end of the day but Mary that greeted is was super friendly and so informative about the cellar. She is a great asset!!! Oh... and we really enjoyed their wines!

Lovely. Actual wine cellar. Mary is a delight.

A perfect place. Located in a building built in the 1860’s, you can feel the history as soon as you step into the winery. There are acoustics that are unmatched from the untouched stone cellar which adds to the experience of being in a building with such a rich history attached to it. The servers are personable and are so knowledgeable and friendly. A great selection of wines are available, even accommodating to non-alcoholic drinks which is always welcomed. If you’re passing through this part of PA, do yourself the favor of this experience.

They have a vintage cafe that serves lighter fare. It is located above the wine cellar. The hours that the cafe is open are posted on South Shore's website. They recommend you call ahead if you have a party of 8 or larger.
