There is sometimes a wait here but it is worth it to get at least get fitted. I have never had on correct fit shoes before and trying some on for the first time has ruined “regular” shoes for me. Expect to spend at least 100$ for a pair here but it is well worth it!

I came in for shoes since Brooks discontinued the model I always wore and plus I just wanted to get reevaluated. Michael was very knowledgeable as he fit my feet and had patience as I was a bit indecisive making my final choice (I tried on 4 pairs in total). He even recommended specific orthotics for me. Additionally my purchase qualified for Ohio’s tax free weekend which was awesome! I already got one run in the new shoes and am very happy with the purchase, I will be coming back!

Every single staff member I've encountered there has been amazingly knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect fit for shoes or insoles. They're truly invested in the running community, and it shows. They have a great rewards program, so you can earn discounts pretty quickly if you go through shoes like I do! Finally, their Thursday night Fun Run group is incredibly uplifting and positive!
