Went to Mattress Emporium looking to replace my King mattress I had bought elsewhere less than two years ago. Gerry listened, obviously had substantive experience and made a recommendation that addressed the issues I was having. I’ve had the mattress a week and he was spot on, so far anyway. I’m sleeping well and comfortably and the mattress performed as he said it would. It was so helpful to be heard, not pushed and to experience someone who genuinely cared to help. The sale process, delivery and totality of my experience was excellent. It was especially nice to have this kind of experience, quality, selection and expertise on this side of the bridge.

Professional, prompt, and friendly. I cannot say enough about this place. I had bought a mattress online with a promised delivery date for just before my guests arrived. It was on the high side of my price range, but having one less thing to think about seemed worth it. Well, I'm here to tell you that it most definitely was not. They sent me a text telling me that they were changing my delivery to three days after my guests arrived. Enter Mattress Emporium. They didn't immediately try to push me to the most expensive mattress that they had, in fact, they guided me toward products that would be appropriate for a guest room, then explained that they had most of them in stock and ready for delivery the next day. On delivery day, the owner and his wife arrived right on time and delivered the mattress and box spring personally. They checked the bed to insure that it was properly set up and then carefully moved set onto the bed. It couldn't have been easier. All in all, I got a great value from Mattress Emporium. I got a very good mattress at an affordable price that was delivered on-time with no drama. My brother and his wife were sleeping comfortably over their 7 night stay, and I will look forward to doing business with these folks again when I upgrade the mattress that I sleep on. Wonderful experience! I forgot the ladies name but she was awesome! And she knew her stuff me and My husband knew we were looking for a bed and she found us the right one. Easiest Sell she made lol. No complaints good customer service the delivery men and I believe the owner came and delivered the bed. They all were very professional and came when they said they were coming.no complaints. OUTSTANDING customer service. Why shop at some big corporate mattress store when you can get the same product, better prices and a more individualized customer experience. Gerry explained the products in detail, suggested less expensive but comparable items and guarenteed our satisfaction with an extended return policy. He personally comes at delivery time to setup and answer any questions. Best shopping experience I have ever had. Thanks Gerry.
