This place rightfully has mostly 1 star reviews. I am an immunocompromised patient who had gotten COVID. I have been trying to get the prescription I need for antiviral medications. It’s been call after call, hold after hold, and lies from staff saying my prescription is on high priority and that they would call me back the same day with the prescription. This is time sensitive. I am now on day 5 of having COVID and I don’t even think I can use the antiviral medications they STILL HAVE YET to prescribe me. They are messing with my health and the health of many others. This is insanity and this should be dealt with.

ZERO star if given the option! Absolute worst place to go if you are in need for medical attention. My appointment got cancelled two times in a row at the last minute the day before the appointment. I had to schedule my time off for work to come to these appointments. Poor customer service and patient navigator is completely incompetent. When I call the front desk to reschedule, the next available appointment they could give me is 1 month away when they were the ones who cancelled on me TWO times in a row on such notice. Despite the location being close to my home, I will be going somewhere else for my medical care from now on.

My doctor is amazing this is not the reason I’m giving a 1 star. The 1 star is because of everything else. I hate that sun river took over hrh care!! It is impossible to get a hold of the actual office and I get sent to a call center! I should be able to contact my doctors office and speak to staff a nurse or my doctor without going through a call center somewhere else on the planet. I called and got the call center and they said they can’t get through to the office and now I’m waiting weeks for something that was a priority… The ONLY reason I haven’t left sun river is because of my doctor the moment he/she leaves I’m out. Hrh should have never turned to sun river !!
