Best workouts and instructors in my life! I've played sports my whole life and was a member at Equinox for 7 years where I loved taking all of their classes, but the Kickboxing and Muay Thai classes with Rocky and Joey at Evolution are by far the best workouts I've ever had. The classes are fun and you can keep up no matter what experience level or shape you are in. Both Rocky and Joey are incredible teachers who give great instruction and are so patient with me. They both make sure to spend time with every student in the class and are able to modify the workouts for any injuries. I highly recommend taking a class here.
