I haven't stayed there yet. Had plan on it but after seeing all the bad reviews about y'all having roaches. I don't know if I will. Hope y'all cleaned this issue up

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Brandy was one of the rudest people I have met. She states she is the hotel manager and honestly that’s unfortunate. She’s very loud and uncaring. Hotel was unable to accept proper identification (due to system failure) therefore leaving us stranded in a city 4 hours away from Home. Brandi stated, ID from both residents were required. I have never heard of that being the case in my life. I have stayed in PLENTY hotel and have never heard that. I understand why this place has terrible reviews. We were only going to utilize the room for a few hours to rest and get back on the road. Terrible ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BRANDI

ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Do NOT stay here. While the housekeeping staff was wonderful, the hotel is absolutely disgusting and management leaves much to be desired. Checked in around 11 pm on Friday night (after waiting outside for someone at the front desk to come and unlock the front door to allow me to check in per policy?). Got to our room on the 2nd floor and immediately found 4 roaches within the first 15 minutes of being there. Called the front desk to request to be moved- I wanted to be optimistic and believe that I did not pay $200 for a weekend in a literal roach motel. Upon telling the lady at the front desk (housekeeping staff because apparently the manager on duty could not be bothered) that I found roaches in my room she said “yeah, we have a few of those I won’t lie to you.” We were moved to a room on the third floor where immediately upon entering and turning on the lights I saw roaches literally scatter across the floor. I called the front desk (again, answered by housekeeping) and told them I would be checking out and requiring a refund. She was very apologetic and seemed embarrassed but not surprised. She let me know that I could come down and speak to the manager about the refund. When I get downstairs, I see just this poor lady working and having to deal with angry patrons (no doubt with the same issue) with no support from management. I see that she is on the phone and when she sees me I hear her say “she’s here now” so I’m assuming she’s talking to the manager to get him to come and issue me a refund. The manager then apparently told the lady he would not be coming to speak to me because she told me to just drop the keys off with her and speaking to my third party booking website about the refund (which I received after the site called the hotel). But to not even speak to a manager or receive so much as an apology from him after spending THAT much money on a hotel room? This hotel should be ashamed of themselves, and if they had any decency at all they would shut down until the roach issue was taken care of. Absolutely abhorrent- the only silver lining, like I said, was the wonderful housekeeping lady who helped me, and I am sorry that I did not get her name to give her the praise and recognition she deserved for being honest, apologetic, and embarrassed by the situation. In addition to roaches it was in a shady location with a shady-looking clientele, smelled of mildew, and the carpets were sticky when you walked. The lobby and hallways looked as if they had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time and smelled of cigarettes and weed. So again, let me reiterate, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Extended Stay should be ashamed of themselves.

I came into town with my mother and had to book here last minute. The price wasn’t bad at all, but they hotel is not updated. The bathrooms are small, but the room service was good. There were roaches in both the first room we book and the second room they moved us to, as well as the hallways. Its a good location but I can’t say I would stay here again…

Hands down the worst place I ever stayed in they had fleas in our suite, the parking lot was extremely dirty trash everywhere. Animals were eating from the garbage cans out front and no one was helpful to us when we had a concern. I enjoyed myself in the city but I honestly wish I never stayed here.
Go to the front desk n apply..or they may direct you the office
Yes they have plenty of bedbugs for each and every person that stays there
