ABOUT THE COLORIST: I wish I could leave negative stars right now!! I went yesterday to one of the LA Hair Salon location in Leland, NC and received a coloring service from Traci Sauls Saunderlin that was incredibly unsatisfactory. When I tried to get her to talk to me about a remedy, since I paid WELL above market value for the service I received ($165), I was called a liar and threatened. I then posted a video review to my Facebook page and within minutes I got another message from her husband (as she had blocked me) threatening me and calling me a liar again and telling me that there was video to proof I was a liar... If that was the case he would not have wasted his time messaging me, he would have told his wife who is unprofessional on SO many levels, that SHE was in the wrong. ABOUT THE OWNER OF THE SALON: So today I called the owner of the entire line of LA Hair Salon locations and word for word was told "I do NOT care what they do as long as the check clears and I get my money". I then asked her how she could be ok with having people like that representing her brand and again she stated that all she cared about was whether or not she was going to get paid. Sadly I wish I had recorded that conversation to share for you, but I didn't. OVERVIEW: I say all of that to say this, save your money, go elsewhere, check reviews first, and don't waste your time with either the colorist Traci, nor this establishment. There are way more qualified people that could do a better job AND give you a much better experience. I am so disappointed and sad over the way my hair looks as this was my birthday gift from my husband after almost 10 years of not having my hair done professionally. Save your money and time, that is all!!

Laura is amazing , and the salon was also great , it’s totally worth the money honestly .. if I could give more them 5 stars I would !!
