I visited the Convenient MD in Dover, NH on 28 July. Although it was busy, the staff handled incoming patients efficiently. There was a fast turnaround time, and I was seen after a short wait. The people handling my examination were very nice, and my questions were answered thoroughly, and a resolution was reached quickly, and shortly I was out the door. I would not hesitate to recommend Convenient MD!

The entire crew was amazing! From checking in at the front desk, to PA Alex George, to the X-Ray techs, they were all incredible. Seeing all the smiling faces, the friendly welcome, and how everyone interacted with each other including my husband and I, was the best experience I’ve had at a walk-in. Even though I broke my foot, I left there happy and well taken care of. 5 stars!!!

The wait was reasonable, the staff was friendly. The "health exam" my work required was thorough. But the floors of that place were FILTHY. ( And this was at 8:30 AM) I would never allow them to address an open wound in there- it's a staph infection looking for a host. They need to review their cleaning contract. 😳

It’s kind of sad seeing anybody rate a medical facility below 5 stars considering how taxing the last 2 years have been on healthcare workers. I have come here a few times in the last year and every single time I have been promptly greeted and intake has been a breeze. My last two visits have been with Alex George and her ability to read the room and provide attentive and accurate care is unmatched. I don’t think you are supposed to say “I can’t wait to go back” when referring to Urgent Care but I certainly don’t dread having to come here.
