7/16/22 9:00am Went to make and i80 Starbucks it is locked. There are people going through drive-thru. There's a note saying that there's something going on and that they're not opening up but that you can order online and get your order. Problem is you go online and it says no pre-ordering ahead of time so this is very frustrating I give one star to the management of the establishment I give five stars to the employees If you need to use the restroom Golden Nugget right across does have a bathroom upstairs and downstairs

How bout training your staff to simply say, “would you like a spoon with that oatmeal?” After getting oatmeal but no spoon in the drive thru, I parked and went back in for a spoon. I didn’t appreciate the snotty lecture on California law. Next time I’ll be sure to ask for a cup and lid when I order coffee. See you next Tuesday!

Nothing better than waiting 30min for a cold brew and watching 5+ orders who ordered after you get theirs first. Then when you ask about your drink, you are ignored for 5min standing there, and then they blame you for not grabbing a drink hidden and never called out? Less than quality. Much less.

Nice location! Lots of seating in their large lobby. Fast service. Outside barista at drive thru line to expedite flow. Ample parking too.
