Facility is clean that’s the reason for two stars. The care for patients is poor, they don’t care about the patient, concerns that were brought up to nurses are never addressed in a timely manner. We need to follow up multiple times to get anything done. And forget about calling no one picks up the phone and you’ll be on the hold forever. If your loved one needs a doctor appointment they don’t want to escort the patient off premise, If you point out something, they will blame you for causing the problem Appropriate Medical treatment is not provided to the patient, and standards of treatment are not met. If you have other options, send your loved one elsewhere!

Pros: - very professional physical therapy team; - great attention to every detail from Kayla, social worker, who arranged practically each and every aspect of my cousin’s rehabilitation program and his stay - attentive staff Cons: - not enough CNAs who are constantly busy with patients. They were trying to do their best, but there are only few of them for over 40 patients - some difficulties in arranging doctors appointments outside the facility
