Insurance Scammers! They will try to keep your loved one’s till they can’t get the insurance money anymore. My mom was admitted to this facility in June for a short rehabilitation to her left leg, 3 months passed by, and my mom was still no discharged. I kept calling the social worker Elizabeth about my mom’s status and discharged date, and she kept giving me the run around and never was able to be truthful to me event in person, I even talked to other people in charge and nothing. After I already had enough with the social workers there, I decided to discharge her myself. My mom was able to do everything by herself already and there was no need to have her there in the conditions that the facility was. I must say that the workers that work there are nice and friendly people who do try as much to take care of the patients. During my visits there were times that the floors upstairs had no air conditioning, no ice, nothing to drink for them, every time I went, I had to buy my mom groceries for her to have especially the food. Food was always the same no matter what day it was, and it was terrible the food. If you choose to have your loved one here, make sure you are on top of them and of your loved ones, since some of the patients there do not seem to be taken care very well. My advice to this facility, is fire your social workers and hire people that are competent of their work, ensuring that they follow up with loved ones about the status of the patients. Even all of the management here are terrible.

The social workers Ms. Elizabeth Hills and Ms. Syreeta Palmer we’re exceptionally helpful dealing with the care of my brother! They answered all my questions and kept me up to date on all that was going on.

Some do a little some do nothing, nurses do the minimum, when it comes to information they will give you the run around. Front desk is ok. Staff is unpleasant and unprofessional, if you don't want to be there stay home Would not recommend.

Questions & Answers

Please donot bring him here unless you can come everyday to check on him. " If you are not there they do not care". You must be on top of everything : medication (Lpn Grant changed the dosage of my mothers mefication without the doctors) He will be left in urine feces for hours His call bell will not be answered and if it is the Cna or Lpn will turn the call bell off and say they will return shortly and never return The residents rooms are not cleaned ( day staff) sinks, bathrooms , items on the floor for days. There is often no towels, blankets, sheets on the floor. The linen has holes, stains and should be replaced. The meals are awful items on the menu are not on the trays.
