Do Not let your loved one get brought here Staff unprofessional, nasty and don’t care Was told when I came to visit that I had to make an appt. The next time I tried 4 times could not make an appt!! Horrible

Visited today and found large dead bugs in the hallways and in the visiting room. It was obvious that these bugs were there for awhile , staff walked around them and didn’t even notice. I brought to the attention of staff when I first noticed this. Spent an hour visiting , when I left the condition did not change.

HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION TO GIVE NONE. BUT THIS REHAB CENTER IS HORRIBLE. STAFF IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NON CARING FOR THEIR PATIENTS. IT'S A SHAME HOW PEOPLE CAN BE HERE AND THAT THIS FACILITY IS EVEN OPENED FOR PATIENTS CARE. MY SISTER IS BEEN HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AND ONLY SEEN A DR. ONCE. SHE IS THERE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY WHICH IT SHOULD BE 5 DAYS A WEEK AND ONLY HAD BE TAKEN 2 TIMES. PATIENT FELL AND NOT EVEN A DR. HAD GONE TO SE IF SHE HAS BEEN INJURED OR IF SHE IS OK. THEY LIE TO PATIENTS FAMILY ABOUT SERVICES GIVEN TO THE PATIENTS. MY SISTER IS AT FULL CONSCIOUS WITH NO MENTAL ILLNESS AND THEY LIED TO ME SAYING THAT SHE IS BEEN BEING TREATED CORRECTLY. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING HERE ANY LOVE ONE OF YOURS. Update: Due to the poor and careless treatment from this place my sister passed away. 1 month after. They don’t care about the well being of the patients.

My Mom in law Grace was at the Armonk section of Waterview. My wife went every day to see her Mom and she was there for 9 weeks. Many of the staff were par at best, however there are a few who out did themselves. In particular Pat C who is called Little Pat by everyone always went above and beyond. My mom in law was well looked over Pat C is a very competent caring aide. Thank you Pat!
