Timely and competent repair. Good to have hot water back again. The apartment was left in clean and tidy condition afterwards. Thank you for attending to this. Only comment - it took plumber 4 days to be available which would not have been OK if I had not been out of town during that time.

Great place to live! Management and maintenance staff are so friendly and available. Sheila and John are THE BEST. Neighbors are great, providing a warm "Community" feeling. Grounds are beautifully maintained, neighborhood is quiet and beautiful for walking our dog. Quick walk to train station, the Lake, center of town restaurants and coffee shop. Very happy! UPDATE a couple years later: I need to comment on the new Management and Maintenance staff, because we never thought they could possibly "measure up" after the last team we had. We were wrong! Matt in the office is SO friendly, kind, and helpful, and Brandon is handling all maintenance issues ON HIS OWN and doing an INCREDIBLE job! He is young, and very nice and very hard working. Never acts stressed out, I don't know how he does it! He really takes care of this place, so grateful!!

The last few months with the snows on top of the COVID restrictions making for job shortages has made me appreciate the maintenance technician working here at Wilber School Apartments. Brandon is a young man who is responsible and takes his responsibilities far beyond the norm. He is considerate and helpful - but, again, far beyond the norm. He helps to make living at Wilber School Apartments easier knowing one can depend on him.
