They were out of chocolate milk. They offered to make me a chocolate milk instead but did not tell me it would be twice as much. When I asked about it as I was about to pay the $3.85 plus tax. They didn't offer any apology. They just expect me to pay double because they are out of stock. No premium coffee beans Just milk and syrup. NO Thanks got it for$1.50 at Walgreens next door.

Love this Starbucks location. The service is always friendly whether you're in the drive thru or ordering inside. They're also super efficient so even during the busiest of times the wait is short. I also appreciate their consistency in their coffee. Coffee never tastes burnt as it has on occasion at other locations.

This is a very good Starbucks location. It was a little crowded but that staff was very efficient and friendly. A pastry I ordered was displayed in the case but was out of stock, I wasn’t informed until after I placed my order and paid for my tea and pastry. Overall, this Starbucks location met my expectations.

Starbucks literally probably has the best service policy. If you're unhappy with your drink and polite about it they will 100% do everything they can to make it right. Next time maybe ask them to fix it instead of posting on Google where no one can help you. If your drink is normally made with foam, it's also possible that it's just melting before drink it which would give the illusion of not full. This would apply to most espresso drinks like lattes, machiatos, and cappuccinos. If that's the case, try asking for light or no foam :)
