Closed the grill an hour and a half early and claimed to not serve what is supposed to be all day breakfast. Two OTHER cars in line had to wait 20 minutes to even exit the line after getting denied service. I do not recommend this Jack’s.

They ROCK! They accidentally forgot my 4 fries ( it was a large order) and of course I was home. Called and they delivered them with a smile.. seriously McDucks take note! I’m going to let head quarters know because they should be recognized! Thanks you sweet people ❤️

The lady on drive through in the morning was nice at first but once I kept ordering she gave me attitude. I had made myself clear about my order and she kept asking the same question. The cook decided to give me some old French fries that I can barley bite into them. The fact that they knew they weren’t good and still decided to give them to me. Wasn’t the first time this has happened with the morning crew.

When I arrived there was no line. I ordered my food and when I got to the window things took a turn for the worst. The girl with the glasses who is always the one at the window took my card. I asked for an extra ranch dressing for my salad, if possible 2 she stated she would if she could. I've NEVER had an issue getting 2 ranch dressings with my salad. NEVER. when she handed me the salads I asked again for a 2nd ranch dressing. She said 'i cant' I told her I would even pay for it. She still refused and I asked for the manager. She lied and said she was at lunch. I told her I don't care and I want to speak with her. I tried to ask for dipping sauce and she decided to close the window and ignore me. I waited. I then see her venting about the situation to her coworkers and one comes to the window. (Ian) he was super nice and helped me but unfortunately I will not be returning to this location. The first time I started to come back to this location this girl was nice, however each time I have come she has progressively gotten more and more rude. That's just about ordering my food not even about the actual food!! The chicken was awful and too hard to bite into, the burger was disgusting and my mom couldn't finish it and the salads were welted and slimy/old.
