Didn't have simple door sign that was at 104 and fed. Door isn't broken, most likely. Download mobile app if you can't get in door with card or don't have chip. Hold phone to card reader with app open and signed in. Cool innovation for banking, I guess?? Just needed a sign to get in the door lol

I’d rather write a review because was I lost from not knowing how to get in. You have to use your boa card and hold it in the card insert, strip to the right? It will beep at you and you will hear the doors unlock, it does work. I’ve used the atms with no issues

The door mechanism is broken and users are unable to enter the lobby to use the two atms.
