The guys there are completely rude! Every time I come in there all the guys there looks so unhappy don’t say hi or anything! As me being in HR customer service is number 1 priority! And when I confronted the guy that he has no right to be rude he and this other guy said “well that’s how we are, we are rude!” And then told me to go somewhere else! My kids went in and bought snacks and they did not put there stuff in a bag my daughter asked “can I have a bag” the guy mumbled something and then rudely threw her stuff in the bag. I’m sorry but you guys definitely need new associates working there! Or Teach these guys some manners. I know it’s family owned and it’s a whole family working there but that does not give them any right to be rude to anyone!

Just rude employees. Not helpful at all. If you want something done, or want actual help, dont waste your time with this place.

I actually want to give a negative 5. I'm in store wanting to purchase a pre-paid card so I can extend my hotel stay (son is in ICU and I have to check out of hotel tomorrow and need this card to extend my room stay). One of the workers comes up and tells me I cannot stand by the display with all the cards. I'm trying to figure out which one is best, and I know someone who has the 7-11 card. I can get a referral from them and we will both get money. Great! Right? Wrong. Employee says the cards are not for sale. Then says they don't work. I try asking questions to clarify if it is their machine to load cards that isn't working, and if so when will it be working. All he tells me is that they are not for sale, and they are not working. Made me feel very unwelcome as s customer. I was going to spend my limited amount of money there. Now I'll have to go somewhere else, and this snowstorm is just ramping up. I'm on foot to boot, so I'll have to walk even father for another retailer that sells these kinds of cards. Maybe avoid this 7-11 and go down the street. This guy was not very pleasant to me, and I wasn't even yelling or making a scene (honestly I wanted to).
