AH-MAZE-ING team and shopping experience! Could not recommend more highly. Made an appointment for Mother-of-The Bride plus a bra fitting. The team made the experience spectacular, and I will definitely be back again - well worth with the 2 hour drive from my house!!! Highlights: *Appointments are very easy to book. *The team is friendly, outgoing, and genuinely interested in making you look (and feel) your absolute best. *Good selection of styles from Formal to Casual.

It really pains me to share this review. I used to be a supporter of this business. I've made purchases as well as promoted it on my personal social media accounts. This unfortunately had to stop when the owner of the business was a patron of my business, and treated me absolutely horrifically. She didn't know me from a hole in the wall, and I treated her with the same respect and dignity I treat everyone, whether they're a customer of mine or not. Since I was now a "nobody" in her eyes and not a paying customer, she chose to be rude, condescending, and a bully for no other reason than it probably brings her enjoyment to be cruel and hurtful to people she deems to be beneath her. Why anyone would behave this way in a small state like Rhode Island is beyond me. The experience left me deeply saddened and upset. I can't support this business any longer, and I encourage Jan to think long and hard about how she treats the average person who isn't throwing money at her.

I’ve been shopping with Jan for years. Besides quality bra fittings and being able to shop there for both casual needs and a night out, Jan also helped fit me when I got remarried recently. I didn’t want a traditional wedding dress, and I actually chose an Ivory special occasion dress which was perfect. I was worried that I would feel self-conscious on my day, but the dress Jan showed me fit me perfectly and I truly felt amazing on my wedding day and I got a ton of compliments. I can look at my wedding pictures fondly because it was such a great memory. It’s sometimes hard to shop as a plus-size bride and I’ve often left stores empty handed, but Jan and Cindy and all the Botticelli staff are exceptional at making you feel right at home and helping you leave with items that make you feel your best. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate to continue to shop there. She also has a terrific online store and the items and sizing are described perfectly so you can order with confidence. Love, love love Botticelli!!
