I had the best experience buying my car from Smithfield Toyota. Elle made the experience that much better. She is very personable and has a great personality. She made me feel very comfortable talking with her. She didn’t just want to sell the car but she also took the time to get to know me and for me to learn about her life. Love her!!! I would definitely send my friends and family to buy a car from her and Toyota of Smithfield.

John was the main reason for my visit. He is a well known customer at my place of business where I’ve had the pleasure of meeting John. John had introduced me to Terrell and he steered me in the right direction because Terrell wasn’t a salesman, he was in fact a human being who just talked to me and we connected to find an amazing car for me after I explained my first car is still my same car 9 years later until the wheels came off. I don’t know her name, but the lady who does the insurance in this location was amazing and very pleasant finding me an amazing quote for my new car. Nicole, who was in charge of my financing, she was amazing gave me terrible news walking in the office (told me I wouldn’t be leaving with the car that same day), because she was making sure they had the car cleaned and detailed for me :). Nicole gave me amazing news with every sentence she blurred out. I am very pleased with the service and this Toyota of Smithfield team from start to finish. Amazing job guys I appreciate everyone for helping me with this process all love to John, Terrell, Nicole, and team.

The customer service at Smithfield Toyota is awesome. I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past and have never had this good of an experience. The salesman was great, knowledgeable, and friendly. The sales manager made sure I knew all my purchase options prior to making a decision with no pressure. The finance team, same thing. Nothing but the best. This is the dealership other dealerships should be modeled after.

Excellent dealership. The process was easy from start to finish. I just leased a brand new 2021 Toyota Highlander and I couldn’t be happier. Sufian was very patient and understanding. Nicole in finance also made it an easy and smooth transaction. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. And I will definitely Stick with them after my lease is over.
