- It is said full house keeping service for guests staying more than 7 days is free , there is no unless you insist on asking. I kept on asking for the service around 4 days and then could get it. Stayed 1 month and only one time could benefit from service. If you do not keep on asking, do not expect to get service. - Either you wash your own towels or have to wait 2-3 hours to get clean towels since they have no reserve fresh towels and return yours back after wash/dry. - Water from shower is very weak like dripping, once I complain about it, I'm told it cannot be better, and suggested to change room. - Appliances like washing machine is too old, during my stay, never used even once. - Internet speed is average, you have to pay extra to get better. - Roaches are terrible... - There was no microwave on room and and suggested to change room. - Price is acceptable and the staff was friendly... Do I stay there again, do not think so....

Please do not stay here!!!! It is horrible, I had to go buy new sheets and pillows because it smelled disgusting and it was so filthy. The carpet was stained along with the single sofa. The kitchen door was yellow and horrific and As I was walking down the hallway there was a cockroach.I would have rather slept in my car. Do not recommend at all!!!!

This review is coming from sincere concern. I left one extended stay due to roaches to this one that was absolutely worst. I initially did not see any bugs however when I awaken at 130am they were all over the kitchen and bathroom. I killed 5 within minutes of one another. I immediately left, that was 2 different hotels within 24hrs. I travel for work and familiar with the chain and expectations however this is unacceptable. I’m giving one star for staff friendliness and updated furniture.

Positive: The staff was pretty friendly. Negative: Hotel smelled like cigarettes, spotted a roach in the hallway on the first day, management does not seem to promote basic service tasks such as making more coffee in the mornings and providing cups for it. No breakfast and no airport shuttle. Do better.
