My husband booked 2 queen rooms in this hotel.y wife arrived at the hotel and they didn’t have any queen rooms available they were overbooked. We had to get a 1 king room 2 adults and 4 kids. Absolutely horrible experience ever!!!!!!!!!

tairs, had Ed at the the front desk check. Then he confirmed that they were bed bugs. I was moved to a new room, and it looked clear of bed bugs. As the days of my trip went on, I started developing more and more welts, because I’m allergic o bed bugs. Extremely uncomfortable my entire work trip and itchy. When I went to check out, I was told my stay would be comped, prior. However at time of checkout, the manager would not come my whole stay. I was only there for two nights. The managers name was Troy Morzelewski and he was not sympathetic at all. They were not concerned with the fact that the bed bugs ruined my entire trip, and I’m flown in from New Jersey, so I can’t get home and handle this easily or quickly. My clothes were not dry cleaned. On top of this ruining my trip, I have to go home and deal with more of the mess. I was only compensated one night, however I would of felt more justified if I was comped the entire stay. I am in pain and itchy. I would never stay here again. Not only for the bed bug issue, which many of the rooms seem to be getting exterminated for, but more for poor hospitality and management. If my body is in physical discomfort from something that happened at a hotel, I expect to be taken care of. Definitely was not taken care of at all. Terrible. Do not recommend.

This was by far the worse hotel I have stayed at in my entire life. The rooms smells like urine, no one at front desk was available for a good 20-30 minutes. Rooms weren't available to us at 3:00PM...waited until 4:30PM without a real time on when the rooms were done. I will never ever stay at this hotel again. Would not recommend it for families. We traveled with 11 guests coming off a cruise. Negative stars. Also we found a dirty blood stained towel on the top of our shower...I guess house keeping missed that. Once we spoke to the front desk, they said they'd all us back with a resolution, they never did. Oh if you're a DIamond member...don't expect any special treatment...they don't care.

Drove hours to make it in time for check in. We arrive and couldn’t check in because the room was not ready. We come back to see if it’s ready and we get the “free upgrade”. That free upgrade was not free at all. We ended up paying for a new room with no explanation. Manager didn’t seem to offer any help for the second day either. I would avoid this hotel in general.

What will hotel do with a package delivered after guest have already checked out?

he would need to call the hotel front desk and let them know a package is arriving and also your date of arrival in your confirmation number. And then they will hold it for you. But you will need to ask for it when you get there because the front desk person may not be the one that took that initial message and we'll have to go get it in the back office for you.
