Loved it. The staff was awesome ! Tons of restaurants near by. Right off Expressway. My only complaint is the "kickback is only from 5:30 - 7pm." Fighting traffic- I missed it half of my staff.😭 Even the other hotel guests were fun! I'll be back. 🤗

Great place to stay. The breakfast and evening meals are wonderful. The staff...can't say enough about how attentive they are! The breakfast and evening cooks and waiting staff helped make out stay awesome!

We stayed 4 nights and the entire stay was splendid. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Every employee we encountered greeted us with a welcoming “Hello”. Breakfast and dinner we delicious and their employees were so enthusiastic and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. The location is close to many retail shops and has spacious parking for bobtail. We’ve found our new hotel for the Memphis area.

Positive: The room was a nice size. The bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast and snacks are always a lovely feature. Negative: The only nag was the noise level from being near/directly above the pool.

They have just remodeled the Hotel, and the pool area. The Jacuzzi is indoors separate from the pool. Also the pool is heated and has a pass through that allows for indoor and outdoor use. Perfect for the "hot" days, rainy days or night time fun!
They always take a 50 dollar deposit for incidentals. You would have to take it up with the hotel you stayed at

The one on Goodman Rd is probably the closest. I drove to the museum from the hotel before. Wasn't too far.
About 30 minutes. Usually the traffic is good. Use your GPS and you will be fine.
We were on our way to the Brookhaven Mississippi. So we just stopped in and rented a room for the night. But I imagine all you need to do is give them a 24-hour notice. To let them know that you're canceling the room.
