The crew that installed the 11 piers was the best! 2 full days of nonstop work and so efficient! The company obviously has crew that know what they are doing. People in the field don’t talk with people in the office who don’t talk with the sales people. So no one knows what is going on at any point in time. My gutters look great. But the drainage is jacked up and dumping water at my foundation, which defeats the whole purpose of getting gutters. Can’t seem to get anyone on the same page of how or when to fix it. It’s only rained twice since installation, and it’s either clogged or not working properly. I’m told a crew is coming out to fix it, but what happens? Only a gutter crew comes out, not the drainage guys, because - Again- no one talks to each other. So now I’m waiting on supposedly another person to call me about another tbd appointment. $11k spent and I have a system that doesn’t work.
