I did not know the store closed at 7 pm. The Baybrook and Pasadena locations close at 8 pm. I got to the store at 7 not knowing the hours. I asked if I could purchase one item since ppl were still in the store. They said no! Omg...very bad customer service. This location is the worst!

Aaron is awesome !!! Aaron was very polite & understanding. He did his best to rectify the situation. Ms.Betty at the customer service center is very kind and sweet. Ms.Betty was very knowledgeable about the different products offered. Ms.Betty has excellent customer service and a great personality.

The store changed a lot, and that's a good thing. They now sell things you'd expect to use in a bathroom like: shampoo, soaps, and some meds (I think, I didn't closely examine the new department).
