If I could give 0 stars I would. I decided to switch to this Walgreens pharmacy because it was the closest one to my new home. This pharmacy is horrific! It’s scary that these people are actually dispensing medication! They switch manufacturers without even telling you! You cannot do that with everyone as some people are allergic to the inactive ingredients in some medications! You should be told when you are being dispensed a different manufacturer from what you have been previously taking. I had an allergic reaction and had to take Benadryl! And then they refused to take the medication back, which I completely understand but they also refused to put the medication back on my profile so that it would not show with my insurance that that I used a refill. That is not fair. I can’t even take the pills they gave me. They are worthless to me. I then had to go to a different Walgreens that carried the manufacturer I needed and pay out of pocket as my insurance would not cover another refill so soon! Awful, awful service!

Tried to call in a prescription for a patient. The Pharmacist could not find the patient so put me on hold to speak with someone else (I had not finished my setence before being put on hold). Was on hold for 20 minutes with various times when I thought I would speak to someone but everytime, it went back to waiting. I finally hung up and called in the prescription in another pharmacy. Not sure if this is the norm...

I woke up sick. Like couldn't swallow everything exiting my body is yellow, and it hurt to breath. COVID negative so it's a bad sinus infection. I rx was sent to this pharmacy and the prepared it super fast. I roll up to the little window and they processed my card and I was on my way quick. They weren't mean but I can only imagine how burnt out you can get working at one of the only 24hr pharmacies withing 10 miles of downtown. Great service. Fast. Professional.
