Cheap, low quality establishment. Multiple things broken in the rooms. Only gives you two towels for a room that sleeps four! Pretty much all amenities closed due to virus. The kitchen was nice in the room where it wasn't broken. Otherwise, sink not attached to counter correctly, microwave only opens half way because of how it's mounted, missing dishes, pervasive wet dog smell, etc).

We moved from a hotel we originally booked in another small town that was about 30 mins away. We had an awful experience at the hotel we stayed at the previous night and decided to move to this Residence Inn. We had a much better experience at Residence Inn. My only complaint is housekeeping knocked on our door and attempted to enter our room while we were still sleeping multiple times. They came back 2 more times before 11 AM. Check out is 12. This is also pet friendly property.. completely my fault for the oversight but my son is extremely allergic and there must have been a dog recently in the room we stayed in. He had a horrible reaction. Other than that - beautiful property and enjoyed our stay. Kids had a blast in the 2 bedroom suite and thought the loft up stairs was so neat.

Great hotel stay. I give this hotel a five stars because they go above and beyond. This hotel managers and staff make you want to stay longer and return quickly. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff make you want to stay for very long. I never had this experience before at any hotel. We had to go upstairs for breakfast and social get together and the ladies upstairs are so good, truly professionals and they are the best. We can't wait to return and stay again. We also love the roses.

My family and I came to Wake Forest and stayed at this Residence Inn and was extremely happy we did. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean, spacious and impressive with a kitchen. Staying at this Marriott was very calm and peaceful, we just love this location, with pizza and other food within walking distant, as well as a new Police Department across the street.. The upstairs breakfast ladies and breakfast was awesome! The exterior and the surrounding property was well kept, with red roses all around the grounds. The front desk staff gave us great directions and also gave my kids equipment for the tennis and basketball court. We will definitely return to stay at this Residence Inn University.
