For the period of 2020 - 2021 they have stop giving beach permits due to high tides. Heres a link to the info. https://www.topsailbeach.org/About-Topsail-Beach/News/ID/20/Beach-Driving-Permits-will-NOT-Be-Available-for-2020-2021
