We have no complaints! We knew it wasn't fancy but we didn't need fancy. Room was clean and suited us just fine. We had clean beds, TV, mini fridge, plenty of towels and it was quiet even though it looked like the hotel was booked. We don't normally spend too much time in our room anyway because we are AT THE BEACH!!😁. The hotel office is at the pier and everyone the was really nice and helpful! We rented our poles from the pier shop and caught a few fish. It was great to be able to step out of the hotel and take a walk right to the pier. Very convenient!

The kids and I enjoyed taking a walk on the pier. The pier was well kept and you could see where they've added new boards. There was a place to clean fish and saw a bucket with scraps in it. At the end was a huge container of water with blue fish in it with a sign that said "For king fishing only". The staff was very nice.

The rooms are inexpensive & a bit shabby but one cannot argue with the value because of the spectacular view from our oceanfront room & the location of the inn. The service was fantastic as well. Will definitely return.

An excellent place to relax away from the packed piers of North Topsail and Surf City. This pier offers a better view of the beach and much better fishing. The beach is also much cleaner and uncrowded in this area too. The pier staff is super friendly and informative too. I highly recommend visiting this pier to unwind after a long week. If your wondering, "yes" this is a very photogenic location too. Very suitable for portraits, Instagram and all sorts of vacation photos. If you plan to visit in the cooler months, be sure to bring a jacket. It gets unbelievably windy in that area!

You probably need to call them and verify. Some places do charge, some dont.
I haven't seen anyone with their dog on the pier but people do walk on the beach with their dogs
They were 2 days ago pretty decent.
It does close, but not sure of the exact date.
Was just on it yesterday it just cost 1$ to walk onto the pier as a spectator
There should be some still out there but not sure
Spring flounder will be coming in late this month , with blues and sea mullet, on the pier and surf.
Wonderful view Fun talking to the fishermen on the pier. Friendly staff. The Jolly Roger owner is marvelous. Try the bookstore cafe about a two block walk.
Hi..not positive..but i thought there used to be a washer and dryer for guest use in the hotel complex area. Friendly folks. If you call them, enail or go to there website..i am sure they can answer this. But because a Beach Area .there must be something near. **Like I have said... nothing Fancy..but a Great Beach Stay.😎🏖️
Depends on the room depends on time of year depends on day of the week.... Call them...
Don't expect much else
Per notice in rooms, ".. all of our rooms, including the balconies and decks, are non smoking and pet free. Evidence of smoking or pets in your room will result in a additional cleaning fee of $200.00." I am currently sitting in front of this notice, on the coffee table in the room.
Not that I am aware of, but I would call and ask them. On their website, they only offer night and weekly rates.
